Very dissapointed
I bought 9 items.
After I've paid I have seen that they charged me more then even I suppose to pay for Myo Sun tablets it was on sale with 51.51£. And they chargedme 75£ . Thats ridiculous.
I've ordered my items 2weeks ago and it said guaranteed delivery on the 19thpf December.
We are on the 2md of January now and they are not even in the UK the items.
Still didn't received anything.
And nobody is answering to my emails regarding the payment.
That's really bad!
I will take further actions.

I ordered some items and after 2 weeks tried to return items. Surprise they can't help me because they don't have a return options.

I just received my first order. I’m very satisfied as it came perfectly on time (actually, ahead..) and the medication I purchased cannot be found in Italy. I could track my order on the website and the payment was safe and secured.

I purchased a Waterex total lean GNC, and I am deeply disappointed. The product appears to be counterfeit, and when I requested proof of authenticity, I did not receive a proper or professional response. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability and trustworthiness of this website. It seems there is no effective supervision over the sellers, and liki24 is allowing fake products to be sold without providing the necessary transparency or support.

Easy to search for products it has many discounts and they shipped my package in no time!

EVERYTHING IS excellent

I ordered twice several bottle of Mentat liquid and both times I received 1 or 2 bottle broken. They are not able to pack properly!

Warning! It's a fraud! I ordered Seboradin Forte via Liki24. I received my package 17 days later. After unpacking and examining the product, I realized it was a fake.
There is no inscription on the ampoules, the box is sealed with a piece of foil instead of the original tape. The original ampoules have an inscription. Moreover, many other details about the packaging prove it is a fake. I have been using this product for years, so it is easy for me to distinguish a fake from the original.
Before Liki starts talking crap about the original products they send - I have original ampoules, purchased personally in Poland, for comparison.

I made the order on the 2nd of January, the website was misleading as there was a message saying that the orders made between 30th December and 2nd of January were going to be sent on the 3rd of January. I received my order today (22nd January) 20 days after. Customer service on what’s app number is responsive and fast which it was reassuring. When I received my order, the ibuprofen box was opened and carton broken… not great. The other items were fine but a bit smashed for the transport. If you need something fast or at least within 10 days this is not the right place. Package comes from Romania and inside there were the pharmacy receipts from Bucarest. I usually receive stuff from china in 2 weeks so 10 day from Romania to Italy it’s not impressive. Standard delivery is around 5-6 euros and it was saying that it was going to be delivered in 12 days in the confirmation email. I think they have to sort out their logistics as this could be such a great company to buy from but still have to improve.

I has as well a bad experience , place a Order on Weekend and try to contact them regarding a change of a product but no success, and just got the answer on Monday that no change can be done,

No money, no order, no custom service. The worst experience e-com I have ever had.

As many have noted, the delivery time is surprisingly long, especially considering that both countries are within the EU. To compare, on the same day I placed my order with liki24.it, I also ordered something from Korea. The item from Korea traveled by air, cleared customs, and was delivered one day earlier than my liki24 order. This is certainly an area where liki24 could improve.

Another issue I’d like to highlight for anyone considering buying from this website is related to product descriptions. I purchased a food supplement that was described on their website with great detail about its benefits for the body, digestion, detoxification, etc. However, when the product arrived, the instructions for use indicated that it was meant to be mixed into creams or masks—not consumed.

After checking the official website of the manufacturer, it became clear that there was an error in the product description on the liki24 website. I contacted customer service to report the issue, but their response was indifferent and unhelpful.

As a former customer I give absolutely negative opinion for: UNPLEASANT customer service, problems with payments and extended awaiting time for purchased products. LIKI24 last time had a problem with their own payment system. After 2 months from purchase transaction I was asked to pay again for products without giving me any guarantee that I would not pay twice (!). Im writting about this because customer service asking me money confirmed via whatsapp, that, yes, they have problem with their payment system. I asked for a confirmation from their bank that my previous payment did not go through. I received some unclear screen from I think an app, and I was unpleasantly invited to check by myself my own bank account history (2 months to checking). What's more, the company at the same time sent a GLS courier to my home without warning me about it before (!!!) to supposedly collect the purchased products from me (!) I asked customer service about GLS courier many times, but I was ignored! I had absolutely negative experience with this shop!!! BTW, LIKI24, I paid you again, but please notice, that paying via your website there is no confirmation if transaction went through, I also didnt receive confirmaction (automatic confirmation email about payment).

the parcel was returned to the store because I was not at home. the store does not want to give me the money back for the product I paid for. I don't want to send it again. I don't recommend it to anyone

Thé ordered product was never received. Liki24 argued that the product was returned to them which is totally false. Then they refused remboursement arguing it was too late.
This site is a pure robery.
PS : I can produce all évidences of my statement

SCAMMERS I placed an order for some vitamins and I received an email saying that the order had been delivered. I wrote an email saying that I had not received the order and they replied that the order had been returned and that they would not refund me anything. Do not buy from Liki24.es, they are scammers.I have contacted Liki24 and they have told me that they will not refund my money. I have a screenshot of the email received.SCAMERS If you look on Facebook you will see how many people there are who do not receive the packages and do not get their money back.
