Waiting for medication order. Over 5 weeks now. Usual rubbish waiting for transit from Spain . It's funny how other companies do it less than 2. No option for refund etc. Avoid at all costs especially if paid a bit

Hello, i ordered a product it said it was a certain 38 euros for 2 (so I ordered 3x that) and I received only 3.
on the website there was a photo also of the containers, and I double check everything.

1 on other website is 20 euros.. now there is no way for me to prove it so I am putting here to show others to be careful and make screenshots.

Very bad experience. i ordered on 27th december, I payed extra 10€ for delivering on 30th december. They send the order only pn 5th december, when I asked for refund on the email sent on 4th january, they said the order was sent already. DON’T ORDER. They font even send you a confirmation of the order per mail..

I dont recomand this website.Since one month I am waiting for me package, never arrived, plus it saying that I requested the return of the goods.

HI all, this is business to be avoided! I rarely write reviews, with this one I am making an exception. I ordered pills which i needed to have pretty quick, I think i remember page saying it will be 1-2 weeks, which was acceptable - the thing is it, I order beginning of March, is end of the March and I still didnt received anything and customer service responses are maybe polite but not helpful. I believe that their business model is based on ordering products for you in different countries from different workshops, and that means that logistics of all this are very complicated and slow. Anyway never more.

Terrible customer service, the supplier cancels a product 3 weeks after purchasing it and THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY!

I have ordered vitamins from this website. The product never got shipped, the customer service was exceptionally rude and useless. They said things like I should talk to their noname delivery company because from their point of view it is my job to find the package. They promised to solve the issue then started lying, and stopped responding. Thank god for Paypal who helped with the refund.

As a former customer I give absolutely negative opinion for: UNPLEASANT customer service, problems with payments and extended awaiting time for purchased products. LIKI24 last time had a problem with their own payment system. After 2 months from purchase transaction I was asked to pay again for products without giving me any guarantee that I would not pay twice (!). Im writting about this because customer service asking me money confirmed via whatsapp, that, yes, they have problem with their payment system. I asked for a confirmation from their bank that my previous payment did not go through. I received some unclear screen from I think an app, and I was unpleasantly invited to check by myself my own bank account history (2 months to checking). What's more, the company at the same time sent a GLS courier to my home without warning me about it before (!!!) to supposedly collect the purchased products from me (!) I asked customer service about GLS courier many times, but I was ignored! I had absolutely negative experience with this shop!!! BTW, LIKI24, I paid you again, but please notice, that paying via your website there is no confirmation if transaction went through, I also didnt receive confirmaction (automatic confirmation email about payment).

Terrible customer service. I have placed the order with them and waited 1 month for products. After this I have received a message that they by mistake issued a refund to me so now that the goods are delivered they request a payment which I did. Unfortunately I paid them twice by mistake. Getting money back from them is impossible. They are inventing more and more excuses and processes for me to follow to get my money back. It’s a total scam.

-1 ⭐️ because this site is a total waste of time and money, if you need your product quick (2-3 working days) this is not your company to trust, i have my order placed since last week, still waiting for my products…
