All in one Solution with many unique features

Vision coming true Lot of Exciting Features -

(1) Workers - We can automatically scrape, process and manage outreach for leads from Google and upcoming facebook. I am excited we can cater to local businesses with this

(2) Website Import feature - We can import any website from wordpress and more. We can replicate the design for one or more clients with this feature.

Overall it is a all-in-one solution that can be used for CRM, lead generation, outreach, emails, text messages, affiliates management, landing pages and web design

Good Platform with many updates and…

Good Platform with many updates and even greater potential. Room for improvement on customer service side as they have had some growing pains. All in all, it has been a good investment and looking forward to using it in the future. Update: Customer service is getting much, much better and had ticket responded to in minutes when I recently needed assistance.

The best all in one solution for…

The best all in one solution for agencies and marketers hands down!

Ligna and the team behind it have absolutely blown me away as far as delivering on promises and speed and response to any questions I have had.

I now have a booming agency built on the Ligna platform and would highly recommend Ligna as an all in one solution.

Hands down my favorite tool I now use daily in my agency business

Bad Customer Service.

All these 5 stars reviews appear in the last few hours. Dont trust them. Go to their Facebook group. You will see how their customer service are. Their customer service is bad. I have proof that they have not respond to my ticket even multiple messages have been sent. Bad customer service.

Like many, we cannot control your approval with carriers unfortunately. And as far as trusting these reviews, these are active in our community and in the platform. So although I see how frustrated you are about not being able to use text messages, that is an inaccurate message. Ligna is a very unique powerhouse CRM. A complete upgrade from Gohighlevel. With a ton on functionalities and flexibility for Agencies.
Jon the founder is a person who is extremely dedicated to linga and all of its community.

I have had the opportunity to work with Jon personally and have only good things to say.

I am really looking forward in seeing the success of LIGNA.

My Upper Level View

I haven't had a chance to dive into everything Ligna can accomplish. What I have seen and like is the portal is clean and easy to navigate. Also, the tech support has been very responsive. What I need to take the time to learn (not easy for non-web designers) is how to import a site or apply templates

Don't waste your money

I really wanted to like and use this platform to grow my business. However, the functionality is really lacking and never works properly. Unfortunately I bought a large license and its just a waste of money. RUN from this product!

Long term game changer

Ligna is a very powerful tool (or rather set of tools). It hosts websites, allows for email marketing, blogging, project management and loads more.

The team continually comes up with new ideas and features and is very supportive of the community.

I'd give it a full 5 stars, but there are 2 areas for long-term improvement: Support is minimal at the moment and the website builder is too hard for me to use compared to WordPress/WebWave/Webstarts etc.

Right now there is pure raw power, I look forward to it being refined and easier to use while I do my best to learn all the amazing features it has to offer.

Too good to be true?

When I saw the Ligna product launch several years ago I thought it was too good to be true to purchase a lifetime membership.

Since I purchased it I haven't implemented it into my business but I have followed the forums and developments with great interest.

Recently I have begun building my marketing agency with the app and I love it.

I can see how some early-adopters may have been frustrated as the app has had constant upgrades with a small but passionate team, but as of March 2024, Ligna is ready to fire and I recommend it.

So, I just have to share something amazing... . We started using this platform called Ligna for our marketing agency, and oh boy, it's been a game-changer! Here's what we liked..
Custom CRM: It's like this smart little helper that makes managing our clients and team so much smoother. You know how we struggled with keeping track of everything? Not anymore!

Project Management, Remember those projects that felt like juggling with too many balls? Ligna's got this cool way of making those tasks feel like a intuitive, automating the boring stuff and letting us focus on the fun parts.

CMS for Creatives: Designing websites has never been easier or more fun. It's super flexible, and we can tweak things without wanting to pull our hair out. Plus, making templates for future use? Genius!

Marketing Automation That Actually Works: Sending out emails, SMS, and social media posts feels less like a chore now. We set up a few things, and it does the rest, making our messages feel more personal and less robot-like.

Client Portal That Rocks: It's this neat space where our clients can see what's up, find resources, and get the help they need without flooding our inboxes. Total lifesaver! I even use it for my VAs

Bang for Your Buck: And the best part? It starts at $20 a month. Seriously, for everything it offers, it's a steal. The support team is super helpful too, so we're never left hanging.

Honestly, I wish we found Ligna sooner. It's made our work life so much easier, all in one place and more enjoyable. If you're in the marketing game or know someone who is, you've got to check it out. Trust me, you'll thank me later!

Great Platform - I see great potential for the future

I have been using Ligna for a while and enjoy the platform.. There are a few things I really like about the platform and a few things that I would recommend working on to make the platform better
Pros
- CRM is great for task management
- Phone and text services managed within the CRM
- Social Media Scheduling
- Email and Text Campaigns
Cons
- Improve the customer service chat option (would recommend a outside support ticket option that works a little better and is answered more often)
- Text Messaging 10DLC Setup can be a complicated process
- More customization of the portal options to be able to hide items not being used and add links on side panel that can go to outside sources
- Mobile phone option

But overall I like the system and use it daily for my business and do recommed it to other people

Ligna's Evolution and Potential

Ligna is an impressive piece of software, boasting a robust array of features. Despite its relative infancy, it has encountered some teething issues. Nevertheless, the dedication of the team behind Ligna is commendable.

I have been utilizing this software to effectively communicate with and manage follow-ups with my clients, and it has proven to be highly valuable. However, I must admit that I am encountering some difficulties with the 10DLC registration process. To address this issue, I have reached out to Jon and submitted my application for review. I am hopeful that with his assistance, we can expedite the approval process and ensure that everything is in order.

Adapting Ligna to your business workflows does come with a learning curve, but the structured approach to implementation and integration is worth the effort. Those willing to invest time in mastering Ligna can expect to reap significant benefits.
