This company continues to lie to me...
They sent this on the 14th August 2025
"I regret any inconvenience you may have encountered , I personally understand you and would have the same thought.
We want to assure you that there is no doubt about issuing your refund, it will be arranged as promised.
However, because a dispute was opened, the process is taking longer than usual. For more details on the timeline, you may also check with your bank, as they can provide further clarification on dispute-related delays.
Our finance team expects this case to be resolved by August 20th. Once this date passes, we’ll proceed with your refund and update you accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and will follow up as soon as the refund is processed"
Unsurprisingly by the 23rd August I have heard nothing. They cheat and they lie... Avoid at all costs. They are a sham and will just rip then fob you off...

This company won't allow me to delete my account. I have followed their procedure twice. Apparently when you sign up, it is for life.
STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY. If I could give it no stars, I would.
I will keep updating this post till I get the result I'm after.

I ordered 2 tops and they were both very large. I went to return them and got an email at I had to pay for return postage The return address was in China. Won’t be using them again.

Impossible to return items! I bought a swimsuit after reading lots of sizing guides to make sure it would fit. On delivery the quality of fabric was good but the fit was hopeless. After requesting the returns label on 3 occasions I have never received a response so I’m unable to get a refund. I would definitely not recommend this company.

I have recently left a review regarding this company ! I got a response & when i tried to reply the email was fired back. They said the issue had been resolved but i'm not aware of the issue being resolve at all. Nightmare
