Amazing customer service

Im trying to verify account multiple times now all is verified and still cant get money out from casino 3k pounds i will report it to gambling commission company if that will be not sorted in this week. Im waiting 3 week's to get my money out.

Absolute joke, my ID has been refused countless times, avoid them like the plague. Report them to the gambling commission if you've ever been unfortunate enough to fall for their lies

If I could leave no stars I would, criminals who have no intention of allowing you to withdraw your funds. It has took months for them to accept all of the documents required, when they finally do they restrict my account and once again require evidence of everything that it has took months to provide.

An official complaint will be raised with the relevant governing body today

Lights Camera Bingo and subsequently Jumpman need to be investigated by the UK Gambling Commission for illicit practices.

From my experience Lights Camera Bingo and Online Casinos associated with Jumpman use what I call "verification scamming".

This is where an online casinos tries to pull you in by offering "20 Free Spins, No Deposit, Wager 65x".

This is a legal loophole where the end user is allowed to play on the casino WITHOUT the need of proper verification.

You get tricked into thinking you have won money, even after the wager and "real money" (as opposed to "bonus money") has been added to your account. You will not be able to withdrawal. Even if you deposit actual money with your card, the money will not be withdraw-able for the following reason.

When it comes time to withdraw the user gets hit with the "additional verification needed page".

You can try for weeks to find multiple documents, proof of address, proof of card payment, proof of everything. It doesn't work.

The casino and it's customer service (which takes 3 days to reply to anything) will say the documentation is too blurry or the edges are not shown on the document (even when it clearly is!).

Customer Service consists of repetitively sending copy and pasted replies that have nothing to do with your problem and on the rare occasion you write to a real person with a name, they will not help.

The casino will email with every excuse in the book to justify their removal of verification and ID as well, so thinking you got a piece of documentation on the site is good (you need 3 different IDs), they will probably remove the documents eventually for miscellaneous reasons.

So, what's the point in playing on this casino? Well I guess if you like the games and like giving away your money, without the ability to obtain your funds, go ahead and play. Just know that the likelihood of you ever getting your money out is low.

Not only do I not trust this site, I would like to see legal action for this type of behaviour in online casinos to end.

Keep away from this site - only let you win with bonus spins - and then take all your winnings no matter how many thousands you win and give you 50 pound / 90 pound removing and bonus left example initially winning 21 pound then won jackpot twice (minor ) then won Grand jackpot ' had over 3.5k in winnings to see it removed as soon as you deposit ' do not use this site at all site should be shut down ( need proof ) I have screenshot and msgs off them saying we do it all the time basically

Absolutely disgusted in this site steals from people in many ways (DO NOT DEPOSIT) you will not be able to withdraw your winnings as they will block you in every way

I have been trying so hard too get a proper response on my withdrawal on my winnings in real cash that i have proof that ive sent but got blanked about my question on withdrawing my real cash but just ignores that subject and goes on about wagering my bonus that i understand that but i wagered my first bonus money as it then dropped down into real money but they keep saying all these things even though i have an email off them saying i can withdraw now but when i do go on the site i click on withdraw a message pops up saying contact support team when really take a long time and ignoring me. EDIT: still getting ignored as soon as i put up this post i get a fb inbox back from lights camera bingo then no reply not happy at all
