Labels are great, but the customer service is ASS. They don't respond to questions, They don't read the directions when you submit a quote. The submit proofs with no changes made. And no one responds to inquiries about why things like this keep happening. We;ve used them for years, but we're finding somewhere else to go that will have better service.
Very strange experience similar to other reviews. I have been trying for a couple of weeks to get a consult through 2 contacts numbers they gave me through DM on Instagram. Tried to reach them through their 800 number on their website. Never got a call back. And requested several consults through email on their website. Never got a call back. A total waste of my time.
I also had the same experience as the first review. Promises of a quote but repeatedly failed to follow through. They did not seem to want my business. Very strange experience. Wasted two weeks of my time while I vainly tried to place an order for 10,000 labels. I wrote the CEO voicing my concerns about the lack of follow through and lack of professionalism and did not hear back. What was strange were the statements promising a quote but no due diligence on what I needed. Not sure what's happening with this company. Their pushed ads (marketing) are strong and effective but the service is non existent. May just be a marketing test and not a real company.
I was shopping for labels on a different website and I closed the webpage without buying anything. I had the intention of weighing my options and coming back to making a purchase later.
Through the use of targeted advertising that Lighting Labels paid for, they started telling me that I could get a free quote and 30% off but ultimately, they just wasted my time and continue to delay my purchase.
If you ask for a free quote and they don't want your business, they may ignore your request, leaving you to wait a couple of business days in anticipation of the quote that will never come. Be weary of the lightning fast turn around time.
