Really nice friendly guys Andy and Ricky, and really tidy. All sorted inside and out and all working perfectly. Andy put passwords for me in the TV, my iPad and my phone. It all took about 2 hours. I can’t speak highly enough of them. And Lightning Fibre is saving me money. How good is that. Very happy customer.

Arrived on time on the day. The 2 people installing the product were very polite and respectful and were mindful when in and out as it was raining.
Overall very pleased and you can contact a person directly should you have a query which makes a great difference and is much quicker than an online chat.
Would definitely recommend to others.

I have recently changed broadband provider to Lightning Fibre. They made the transition straightforward both practically and administratively. Pre transition their approach was informative and helpful, but never pushy. I am now experiencing good quality WiFi at a far more competitive price.
My reasons for changing were: locally-based service with own infrastructure, high quality service, helpful product information and more affordable pricing.

After 25 years with Sky for my Broadband I decided to move to Lightning Fibre who were offering some unrivalled deals. The installation team of Andy and Ricky arrived and thoroughly explained the process. With the utmost professionalism, care for our property and helpfulness they installed our new system. These 2 gents are an absolute credit to the business and it was a pleasure to have them working in our home.
