I have ordered products, and they never arrived. I have contacted the email address several times, and I have not received any acknowledgement or response. I have spent about $1,200 and received nothing.

I was very excited to receive this product and I had wrote to them to make the LED dimmable for me. They didn’t look at the message fast enough so I believe that’s what caused I delay in shipping off the start. Once I received it crystals were scratched or cracked and the silver piece had damage which was beyond upsetting as it is. I decide to let it go because they provide extra crystals and the silver damage wasn’t worth the time and effort to deal with sending back so I kept a damaged product. I then get my electrician to install the chandelier and surprise surprise the dimmer does not work. I then contact the company and they say it works and it must be my dimmer … So the company did not bother to mention I may need a different dimmer whatsoever and wrote me back to send me one in a few weeks. I had my electrician come again and he tried 6 different dimmers including smart ones and nothing worked so now I am stuck with a non working damaged chandelier and I am out of pocket with my electrician around $400. The company not once mentioned to compensate me for my time and headache and the incompetence on their part. I am still awaiting the next response this process is about 1 month now and counting. I would highly not recommend this company to anyone unless you enjoy headaches for purchasing a chandelier worth over $1,000.
