I am overjoyed with my purchase; it is stunning. Thank you for your advice; the staff has been extremely helpful. The delivery was extremely fast, arriving on the same day as the dispatch notification. This was a special birthday gift from my family, and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much to everyone at The Lighting Company. Excellent service item wasn't available at the time but as soon as they had stock back it was dispatched kept me informed throughout fabulous shade and at a great price would definitely purchase from this company again I can tell one thing that the lights are so strong, and it will not break easily. My child was playing the other day when the ball collided with a wall light. It was not cracked in any way.

This is a Chinese company. I ordered an outdoor lamp and was not told it was coming from out of country. Also was not told it would take weeks to get to me. Customer service wasn't helpful at all. I was often ignored when requesting information. They kept telling me it would be sent out. But it wouldn't be sent out. I finally bought something else from another company and tried to cancel the order. They ignored me. I eventually received the item. It was not as it appeared on the site. I tried to return it. Their policy states taht you have to get approval to cancel the order. They ignored all contact attempts I made to get return approval. I ended up having to keep it as my credit card company wouldn't help me. This company is 1 level above scam.

I love my 3 ring light and the price was better that light of similar design at other merchants. I purchased it in November 2019 for a renovation that went way past schedule. When the contractor finally got it installed, in September 2020 it didn't work. Lighting pop patiently worked with me to diagnose the problem and when a possible fix didn't work, they sent me replacement parts. Now my light works and looks beautiful. I love these guys and gals!

I ordered a contemporary fireflies feature for LED metal living room bedroom dining room study chandelier with glass shades from lighting pop and you know what, it turned out to be amazing. It is so beautiful and very easy to assemble. Without much of a stretch, you can modify it the manner in which you need them to be before hanging. The glass petal formed knobs makes it look dazzling and costly. I'm exceptionally content and happy with the cost of what I got. It is unquestionably a superb piece for our dining area. Highly recommended!!
