I purchased 4 Hue wall lights for £140 each to use outdoors, they are a fantastic item and the uses Christmas, Halloween etc ect is fab👏

I recently bought hue light strips 1x2m base and 1m extension, one time 01/03-2022 (POWER) and one time 05/04-2022 (PROSHOP). Both times they stank to high heaven of moisture and mold, and one of them even had a loose connection at the base which resulted in dead diodes. The only solution they gave me was to send the product for repair which would mean no light for 2 weeks (which lets be honest would be more like 3 or 4). I'm not spending that huge amount of money to receive moisture damaged and very smelly products which then have to be sent to get repaired for 2 weeks.. that's so ridiculous.. just ask for an invoice, and images of the damage and be like.. okay we are sorry, a new one will be sent out..
