Other than waiting 1 month for delivery am very pleased with the quality of the wooden birdcage lamp. Exactly as depicted; perhaps even more solid than expected for the price. Particularly impressed with how well it was packaged to avoid damage: box within a box in which all outer edges of box was reinforced. Haven’t seen that before. My inquiries about the delivery delay were answered promptly.
Counterfeit products and non-existent customer service. This site is a scam, do not give them a penny.

AI was right. Their products are misrepresented, appear more cheaply made than in the photos, they keep $30 for a restocking fee despite not even removing them from the boxes. No return shipping labels so I had to pay $60 to return. $90 spent FOR NOTHING. Poor customer service response times, don’t expect a response for a week or more. I ordered and returned two sets of lights because the photos online misrepresented the open spacing of the rattan and the lights looked like what you might find at IKEA.
We ordered a light that we ultimately didn’t like. I connected with a customer service rep, Kelly, over email, and she was great. She helped us with a swap, small refund and followed up until the light was confirmed to be delivered by fedex.
I will never order from this place again. It took two weeks for me to receive my light and in the meantime, I found another one I liked from Wayfair that I ordered in order to compare which one I liked better. I decided to go with Wayfair, plus it was half the price. I was told by one CSR that I would be reimbursed shipping cost. I paid almost $138 to return the pendant light to them and wasn’t seeing my refund after two weeks. I had to contact them and ask about it. I was told I would get my refund, but no reimbursement for my return shipping cost by a different CSR. It’s absolutely ridiculous that a customer needs to absorb that cost. Plus they charge a $30 restocking fee! Never again.
honestly a bit hesitant at first due to the number of negative reviews I came across online. However, my experience was completely the opposite — it was great from start to finish.
The customer service was excellent. Communication was clear, timely, and professional throughout the process. My order arrived on time and as described. One of the two lights I ordered unfortunately didn’t work, but when I reached out to the company, they responded promptly and sent me a brand new replacement without any hassle.
It’s rare to find companies these days that take customer satisfaction so seriously, and I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently they handled the issue. I wanted to share my experience because I know how influential reviews can be, and I think Lighting Forrest deserves recognition for how well they handled my order.
All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
Wish I would have read the reviews before making a purchase, same story. Tracking number comes right away but FedEx doesn’t actually receive the shipment. Finally canceled and purchased a different rug 6 weeks later. Magically, the thing starts moving after I cancel & I’m told I can’t cancel an order that has already shipped. Don’t waste your time & energy. A lot of companies sell the same stuff but do a better job.
They make returns basically impossible. Light took forever to arrive, didn't look like the image, and wasn't even the correct product. They act like they have a return policy, but they don't have a reasonable way to do so and gaslight you about it. Beware.
I’d give it no stars if I could. THEY’RE A BUNCH OF THIEVES. I could never get an ETA on my $300 order, and when it was finally shipped, the product just never seemed to be able to find its way to my house. I finally told them I wanted my money back but they (GASLIGHT) said “Oh darn, well the 7 day return period has expired, sorry!” SLIMY, SLEAZY CRIMINALS. I HOPE THEY TANK.
This company sent me a defective lamp and asked me to fix it myself. After escalating the issue with my credit card company, they offered a partial refund but charged me for shipping both ways. Avoid this business to avoid a stressful experience. SUPER SHADY COMPANY.
HORRIBLE. I ordered $1000 worth of lighting in November and am still waiting at the end of March for delivery. there was no disclosure that all items ship from China and can take months. customer service responses takes weeks to reply, if at all. avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible customer service. Products look nothing like picture .
Parts missing . Despite 14 day return policy they don’t respond to allow return within timeframe and then when they do respond they advise you not to return as you’ll have to pay customs and taxes and risk damage to goods.
They showed no concern that purchased goods looked nothing like the picture and advised me to ‘give them to a friend’.
Strongly advise to avoid this fraudulent business and go elsewhere
The product was delivered within 2 weeks, it had a lot of differences from the product image on the website, the return process has been horrible. i wouldn't order from them again
