Never order from this company, nothing is as advertised, you can’t get a refund, they are awful!! Please don’t waste your money .

Awful company, avoid. Bought 2 jackets that were nowhere near the size advertised. Medium = extra small. Want you to pay for return postage to China. They send long e-mails trying to get you to take at a discount, god knows what they expect me to do with them. Will make formal complaints about this company. I wish I had checked their Trustpilot reviews beforehand. They clearly do not care about customer service.

Impossible to track . Convoluted run around in circles. Insist you sign in to s app and again convoluted run around.
Constant emails with products yet when trying to track, message received about the same email says not valid. Absolutely infuriating. Not able to track through PayPal either. Never Again!

Diabolical. The shipment took 3 weeks to arrive from China, and then it was tiny size, a size no spot light in Europe would ever be. Unusable and they refused to return it, despite it being unboxed. Stick with you local electrical store and do yourself a favour.

LIB have started to produce, what looks like, some designer outfits, which are rather expensive. We all work very hard for our money, so, please do not buy these considered purchases, as you will not receive the quality product advertised, but a very low quality poor replica. Such a shame as they do look lovely. Please do not be fooled like I was!!, an expensive mistake.

Purchase was not what I had expected. Kept emailing and they keep telling me that the item must be returned to Asia even though the package came from Swindon! They tell you the postage prices (high) and also say that the package takes two to four weeks to get back to them. There is a China telephone number but they reject your call. Real con merchants. Will never order from them again!

Recently tried to purchase some shoes for my wife off this company. They never arrived and we had to send multiple messages to try and resolve the matter. We had to escalate the matter to a supervisor, we however DID get a refund.

The most painful, stressful shopping experience with no product ever arriving !

Ordered the 'Dad, tell me your story book'. It is awful, full of typos and grammatical errors. Written by someone who does not speak English and not proof read or edited. Process of leaving a review or returning is so long winded and requires app to be downloaded which I do not want to do for a company I don't trust. Do not buy it.

Poor quality product. Didn't look like the picture (they argued it did) then dubious returns policy. Despite a local Sydney address you are purchasing from China. Overall poor experience. NOT recommended

The item looked NOTHING like the picture, very deceiving! The stitching looked like a child made it, in their first sewing lesson! I will never buy from this company again and will tell my family and friends to steer clear of it!!! Wish I had seen this trustpilot site reviews before I bought the dress.

I bought a dress from them they took my money but I never received the item. They said it was delivered but it never arrived. There is NO WAY to contact them ! You go around in circles. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BE WARNED

Awful awful awful. The photos of the items are so manipulated they are not genuine and the items do not fit. Despite them being sent from a UK address at Heathrow you have to return them to China and pay the post to China. The are definitely contravening UK trading standards and should be barred from trading in UK

I have never felt so cheated. I ordered 3 shirts that in the photos looked great but what I received were 3 items that can only be used for checking oil levels in cars. Total garbage. I curse these people as they are absolute conmen. Do not ever use. Avoid at all costs. This company is a scam.

Why oh why did I not check Trustpilot first?

I ordered 4 womens tops which on recept were too large, decided to return to China( not an easy task and expensive) kept tracking the returns that seem to be stuck in customs forever. After contacting Lightinabox customer services and giving a bad review on Trustpilot I have now received my refund so I am satisfied

So, I leave a negative review on this Chinese company on 18 March. I get a message from the company saying something like "you are now talking to the highest company level contact - send your personal details, order number etc. and we will help you". Such message was attached to a Trustpilot note saying "if I did not respond within 3 days my review was no going to be published. I responded 24 hours after receiving the above message. Did all that, sent pictures of the useless jackets I bought but 3 weeks later, I have not heard back from Lightinabox and my original review of 18 March seems to have disappeared. Why?

Was about to order one piece of clothing but then read their reviews here, and then checked out some of the other Tshirts and their posturing. Pathetic.

Ordered a product that said it was in stock and I checked the returns policy before ordering - 14 day return option for items no longer needed/wanted quoted.

I didn't realise this was in stock in China!
It took 2 weeks to get to me by which it was too late so I requested a return only to be told I couldn't return and they offered a very small discount voucher.

I don't believe this is actually legal under UK trading standards laws and will be reporting them

If I could do a ZERO review of this company it would be too many stars... DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Everything is garbage, shipping is horrendous, and customer service does not exist...

I have never had such a bad experience with online shopping...
