I just ordered a 6ft battern light from this company,
it arrived wrapped half in a box and half with just tape around it. The top half was completely broken in transit. I have been repeatedly emailing them for the last 7 days trying to get either a replacement or a refund, like everyone else all I get is an automated email, it is impossible to phone.
Just wish I had seen the recent reviews before ordering. AVOID at all costs.
They seem to care about the customer experience
I ordered some lights a few months ago. I was advised hey were damaged and the quickest way to get a replacement was to reorder. They worked hard to get the lights to me in time for the installation. I realised I hadn't had a refund from the first order. I went through on the chat line and they refunded straight away. I would rate them well for correcting errors professionally and the products were a good price for the quality
No reply to contact when items damaged and missing.
Ordered a range of products from this company. I was told delivery was in 3 - 5 business days. The items were dispatched until after the 5th working day. Park of the order arrived two days later, but the vast majority of the order was missing, and what did arrive (2x strip lights, 2x round LED lights) both strip lights were poorly packed and one had opened in transit and been damaged.
I tried contacting the company and raised a support ticket as advised by their website. The next day after not getting a reply, I tried calling to be told by an automated message they aren't answering the phone and to submit a support ticket and they reply on average within 2-4 business hours. I updated the ticket asking for an update. Two days later, I still had had no reply so tried calling again to be met with the automated reply, so I added to the ticket again. It has now been over 30 business hours and the ticket hasn't even been looked and there is no phone number that they are answering.
I've just had to raise a claim with my credit card to try and get a refund though that route.
I get things can go wrong with orders, and that bit I don't mind, but when the company ignore contact via the route they have said to use, and there is no other route available, then it's really poor.
I would steer completely clear of this company.

Ordered items that had hundred in stock according to their website, with an estimated delivery of 3-5 working days. 7 days later, nothing.
Went back to website to see if I could speak to a human and the phone number on their website went direct to answer phone stating "opening hours are.." when I clearly called during the working hours. Change of strategy, I'll email them instead wondering what's going on with the order. 3 days later no response despite a "support ticket raised" response... Emailed them to cancel order and request refund and then got a response to say they were trying to source the stock and had to cancel my order.
Total waste of time I could have installed the lights and finished the project by now. Poor service and a shame as it seems they have a wide range of items on their website.
No customer service & impossible to return
Received our order however they weren't the size we needed. Completed the returns form via the website, we then received an email to say that the return will be reviewed. That was over 2 weeks ago, and we've not had any contact.
I've tried to email them and had ZERO communication. Looking at the reviews, they used to be a decent company, so not sure why its now such a shit show. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

AVOID! Disastrous excuse for a company. Delivery never arrived, then we were repeatedly told it was on its way. Finally several weeks later, we were finally informed that DPD had lost the shipment. We told them we would have to source items elsewhere and requested they refunded the items (which we had never received) and we had to order elsewhere to fit in with electrician deadlines. No response to multiple emails, then 2 months after initial order and several weeks after we requested refund and we had fitted the replacement lights, the lights finally arrived. Now they are still not responding to emails, and we are still trying to get details on how to return the items, so we can get the refund. Phone lines don't work and they don't respond to emails - would never use them again.

My item said it was dispatched! No contact whatsoever
Customer service stinks! My item said it was dispatched on the sixth day of my order. It wasn’t received by the courier for 10 days and was delivered on the 12th day. Nobody throughout the whole process answered any of my emails asking for updates and finally for a refund. I have ordered off this company numerous times, they have now turned off all telephone contact and I will never order again after this last experience.

This is probably the worst service I’ve ever dealt with phone lines closed off, stay away from these lot still out of pocket. 4 weeks down the line keeps coming up with same excuse and seems like everyone on here is getting the same excuse either family issues or Delivery. Listen I understand things go wrong and people go through issues etc but when you’re reading the same reviews and realising everyone’s getting the same response ‘if you even get a response’ then just shows deeper issues and maybe for the best if there’s problems then close the situation down because you’re playing with peoples hard earned money and it isn’t fair. I’ve given them time and time again to rectify issue, emailed over 50 times for a response I’m even now just willing to return items at my own expense to just get this over and done with, had enough of it !

Made an order Saturday 27th September, Friday 3rd October tried to get in touch after hearing nothing, no dispatch notification of tracking. Phone lines are closed all day, no live chat and no one gets back to mail.
I would not buy anything from this company and I wish I had checked trustpilot first as all the other reviews here are saying the same.

I would give them -5, if i could. It took ages until they seemingly dispatched my order, except it never arrived. DPD status remained 'expecting the package'. Despite trying to contact them quite a few times, they stopped responding. I got an automated message when I queried where my package was, with a way to follow up the 'support ticket', except there's no way to log in and you can't call them. I opened a dispute via the credit card.
Today I received another automated message that they fulfilled the order 14 days ago and would I review. The cheek of it!! Avoid this company. They are crooks, scam artists.

Since then, I’ve been emailing repeatedly for over a week about the missing items, and not a single person has bothered to respond. There is no phone number to call, no customer service team to speak to—just a dead-end email address that gets ignored.
I’ve paid in full for something I haven’t received, and the complete lack of accountability is shocking. This is not just poor service—it feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to stay far away from this company. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money.
Total let down
Ordered £70 worth of lighting over 1 week ago still nothing, you can’t phone them and you can only email them and they send a ticket number and someone will get back to you in 2-4 hours which they don’t
