It was so nice to do business with lighthouse storage especially under these circumstances during the covid-19 shut down, they were very professional, courteous and safe.

The lady in the office gave me a key…
The lady in the office gave me a key that I could not fit in the key slot. She did not help me to do it. This is he first time ever that I rented a storage! And I am 81 years young. I called and she said: come by and we will take care of the key issue. I was there yesterday: she looked at me from behind her comp but never made any move to open the door and ask what my problem was. So, from a score of 1 to 10 (10 being the best), I would give a 1. Very bad experience at Lighthouse storage! I hope things will improve......?
