Great product and efficient delivery
The product (Zafferano PINA PRO) is great. We have 4 now and have bought more as gifts for admiring friends. Delivery was prompt and smooth (though remember to factor in extra costs for delivery to UK). Very happy.

Swiss Orders with additional costs
I ordered 2 LED light bulbs. The product is good and delivery ok, packaging of those fragile products, were on the light side.
What put me off, was an additional expense to DHL, a fee for Duty declaration of 19 CHF next to the already invoiced 19.50 Euro for the delivery and also again VAT charges from DHL of 6.70 CHF, on top of the invoiced VAT 3.51 Euro. In essence paying double transportation and VAT. Which brings the cost up by 35% from 68.55 Euro + 25.70 CHF. Afterwards I found some information on the website stating that there can be additional fees, but nothing was indicated by the time I put in the order. So if you are not ordering a more expensive product from them be aware of the additional costs.
