Nothing fancy, just clear and reasonable.

They had the light bulbs I was looking for, at reasonable prices. When some of them were not able to be shipped to CA they had a efficient method for finding alternatives which they did have. The website stated upfront which bulbs were in stock and which would take longer and they let me know when they had acquired and shipped the bulbs. Everything arrived in a timely manner and is working properly.

Excellent Service

I called to confirm what I wanted was in stock prior to ordering. The agent on the line was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and ask some I had not anticipated. I placed the order and received my bulbs without a glitch!

I had an excellent experience the…

I had an excellent experience the person that took my order was very click define the kind of bulbs I wanted and was very professional but above all was really nice to work with. It did take a little longer for it to get here but they did arrive and we're very well packed with no broken bulbs. I appreciate you having such a large inventory and providing excellent service.

Nothing in particular

Nothing in particular. Just the fact that everything went perfectly from the on-line ordering process until they were delivered to my door.
There's very little going as I described above in things going smoothly anymore when it comes to things like this and and as a nearly a 40 year owner of my own business, it's great to see!
