I ordered a standard lamp from this company via an online order, the order was accepted by the online ordering system, but I have now been informed that the order has been cancelled as the item has been discontinued.
If discontinued, why did they ever advertise it on their website?
Shoddy service, I'll have to wait for a refund.from this company

Sent a second request for a refund of an unfulfilled order after the first request was ignored a month ago, the original simple order was made a month before then. Why knows whether this one will be actioned?
Avoid this company at all costs.

Good customer care, resolved an issue I had, good company. Little slow to reply but they really care about their customers

Stocking levels not accurate but I received polite emails informing me of this and offering to source items from elsewhere. I declined this and my refund was immediate.

I ordered three lights on a Monday and two were with me the following day. The third had to be dispatched from a different place so came a couple of days later. No charge was made for the delivery. The website was easy to use with a wide range of lighting to choose from. I decided to order by phone in the end as I needed double insulated lights and wanted to be sure that I was ordering the correct thing. The man who dealt with my order did so very efficiently and politely. One of the lamp shades that arrived was broken - no fault of Lightahome as they had made every effort to ensure the contents would be safe. However, a quick call (to yet another very helpful and friendly member of the team) ensured that a replacement shade would be sent out to arrive the following day. A great company to deal with!

I was after a Omega Fantasia ceiling fan & phoned around to get best price & not only did Dave R cut to the chase, but importantly he was very experienced & I got the items within a day or two & decided to get two mother & child lights on the strength of his service & when one of them had to be returned there was no quibble or return postage costs & a replacement was sent next day; excellent 5star service. This company know how to advise and look after their customers. From a first call enquiring to a last call ordering, they were most helpful, courteous and tried to meet my needs. From ordering everything happened according to what I had been advised. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommended them and I will also not hesitate to use this excellent company again.
