Lee from Liftmobility has just left after performing the annual service to my stairlift.
Lee did a full check on the motor and cleaned every part of the chairlift and cleaned all the external parts leavin g it looking clean and running as smooth as silk.
As is always the way I am so grateful for the excellent service received and I'm so very happy to of seen the very polite Lee who is such a great member of the Liftmobility team...... See you next year Lee.

Today, two engineers turned up to fit a stair lift for myself. They did a wonderful job, very clean and tidy. Gave a very clear instruction on how to use it, servicing and breakdowns.
The engineers were helpful, friendly and our dog enjoyed having them there.
Great service, and would highly recommend them.

They say the lifts are produced in the UK, if that is true why do parts take so long to be accessed by Liftability. Should have a stock of spare parts so people with disabilities do not have lengthy waits to use their lifts due to spare parts shortages. Something is sinister here.

Brilliant service from start to finish! The team were incredibly helpful in getting a new stairlift fitted for my grandma. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free for her. The installation was quick, tidy, and done with real care. It’s made a huge difference to her day-to-day life — we’re so grateful. Highly recommend!

Truly awful customer service, they are unable to follow simple written instructions regarding booking a hoist service. Would not recommend

Lift broke down day after £150 service. Third breakdown same fault. Only this time lady who lives alone fell down stairs as she had to get off stairlift. Managed toi alert a neighbour. She ended up in hospital, now as a hospital bed downstairs as she cannot walk. All we asked for was service money to be refunded. Not very good customer service.

A man came to fit my door opener. Amazing service, very thorough in explaining things. He went above and beyond and it was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company as all the emplyees I have met are lovely and do a great job. 5* service with a smile.
