Avoid at all costs

Forklift ordered arrived a week late and not refurbished as agreed. hazard warning beacon missing, lights missing, rear perspex panel missing, no 12-month LOLER as advertised. After sales service abysmal, won't even recognise the Distance Selling Regs.

The forklift was ordered for a 3rd party at a discounted price, unrefurbished. The forklift was delivered at our expence. Your client thought they were getting a refurbished forklift. This was your mistake but we refunded your money & collected the machine at our expense.
