I ordered a 5mm gold rope chain

I ordered a 5mm gold rope chain. When I received it, the label on the bag said 5mm but what I received was actually only 4mm. I opened a ticket twice on their chat bot and didn't get a response back. Don't get me wrong, the jewelry is beautiful, but it is deceptive to advertise it at one size and ship a different size. I want 5mm and ordered what I wanted. Now, I can't count on anything that they say on their website. I have no idea what they will actually send if I order something different and send this back if they would even respond to a return request. I cannot recommend buying anything from this company. Who knows what they will actually send to you. Then good luck trying to get them to respond to you.

I'm extremely disappointed with the…

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Lifetime Jewelry. Initially, they seemed like a reputable company, and I was excited to do business with them. However, as time went on, their customer service took a drastic turn for the worse.

Despite my initial positive experience, I've found it impossible to get in touch with a real person at Lifetime Jewelry. They've stopped returning my calls and emails, leaving me with no recourse but to deal with their automated computer system.

It's infuriating to try to resolve an issue or ask a simple question, only to be met with a never-ending cycle of automated responses and dead ends. The lack of human interaction is staggering, and it's clear that they're not interested in providing meaningful customer support.

I've tried to be patient and understanding, but it's become apparent that Lifetime Jewelry is not committed to serving their customers. Their automated system is designed to keep you at arm's length, and it's nearly impossible to get help when you need it.

Unless you enjoy being ignored and frustrated, I would strongly advise against doing business with Lifetime Jewelry. There are plenty of other companies out there that value their customers and provide real, human support.
