Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. Website instructions to create a password are incorrect, staff, when they bothered to answer the phone were patronising and condescending. Being the plans that are attached to this company are bought by elderly people who may have problems with a complicated system and raising a complaint by emailing isn't answered for at least two weeks, they obviously have a lot of people struggling to get what is promised.

An experience never to be repeated.
I would never want to recieve one of these gift cards again. It took me almost two days to get to spend what had been gifted to me and only by adding more funds to it. The method is much too protracted.

Utter nightmare trying to redeem it. Reset my password 3 times still not recognised. Contacted them Sent a photo of the card, still waiting .
Why have a 16 digit code if you can't access the gift by using it . Terrible will not recommend using these for gifts
