Bad communication

I have been trying to get on account since Friday and cannot as I need a one time passcode that for some reason is not coming through to the email very frustrating indeed. I spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone this morning and she helped sort out my problem

Redemption is a world of pain

Went to Boots to buy their own gift card - none available, so the employee suggested a Lifestyle card - the Boots card is straightforward to use and doesn’t involve anything more than presenting the card when making a purchase. The Boots’ employee should have warned me that Lifestyle was different… I bought the card as a gift for my elderly mother and the redemption process is a convoluted world of pain - I can only say never again!
