Registering the gift card was not easy, and it was not phone friendly althoough there was a QR code to scan to access the link.

Simple to understand, fast to process
Platform - easy to understand and navigate for any level of user (tile systems for clear indication of options, strong search function with common terminology in tagging).
Selection - A wide range of options across many specialty areas means choosing is going to be the most difficult part.
Activation - Once I chose, the turn around from confirmation to receipt was almost instantaneous and use in store was no problem.

If I could give their service a 0 I would. I have emailee their customer service to try and ask how l can redeem my gift voucher as it seems to not be working and they do not respond or respond in their own time. Terrible customer service, up to now they have not even acknowledge the received my email.

I found the website hard to navigate
I found the website hard to navigate. Good choice of shops, however I wanted to use it for a Primark voucher but you needed to print out a voucher rather than use a code in my phone. I don’t have a printer so couldn’t use it for Primark.
