I am a builder & to buy & install this bbq outdoor gazebo was fabulous. All bolts , screw holes etc made the installation so easy

Total disappointment
we received a pile of wood pieces and had to hire someone to assemble it so the price was at list $170 dollars extra. very disappointed as we are all very busy teachers.
I would not buy from them again . sorry

As we are only a medium sized company, we do not have our own inhouse courier that can deliver all the orders we process. We rely on third party couriers to do the shipments for us. Unfortunately, as it is third party, we cannot control how they do their shipping and handling as they have their own separate system. What we can do on our end is to ensure that our customers will get what they have purchased with no issues. Happy to get the damaged parts replaced under warranty and our team members will reach out to you shortly for this.

The product is good but by god the instructions are horrible. It’s hard to spot the letter labels on the poles and the photos on paper instructions are so dark it’s hard to see.

The cubby items were in poor condition
The cubby items were in poor condition. The pieces were all out of shape, it took two of us 4 days to put it together and we had to modify the cubby so it would fit. Missing bolts and screws made it challenging and had to go to Bunnings to buy more. Avoid at all costs.

Product was missing pieces
Product was missing pieces. Contacted customer support and e-mailed but no support was given. Spent extra so it would have a little sunshade but the sun shade pieces were missing. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞
