Lifesmart customer service was the…
Lifesmart customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. They would not send someone out to repair our hot tub, finally after sever calls and a couple of weeks they finally did. The repair company said it could be two things and fixed one of them, the hot tub still didn't work correctly. So call the manufacturer again and they said would not send anyone out to repair it. They basically told me to return if we weren't happy with it, a couple days later it started to leak so we returned it. Don't recommend anyone to buy a lifesmart hot tub! 😡

Second heater in 5 months...
I liked that I was able to find the heater replacement I need for my 3 year old Hot Tub. I don't like that unfortunatley, this is the second time I am replaceing it as the one I bought from you 12/24 has already failed again! I cannot find any warrenty information for this defective heater so I am just ordering another one. Not crazy about the quality of your website that does not address warranties.
