I was honestly surprised by the level…

I was honestly surprised by the level of care and ability! I didn’t think much would come from a bit of advice from a comparison site. I was listened to and was passed onto someone who could help me further. They called back when they said they would and they didn’t mind changing the quotes to get to what I was after.
It was nice to speak to someone and be able to understand them so very clearly. I wish I could remember their names but they were helpful and seemed to know what they were talking about.

Pushy and dont listen

I recieved a call from the company whilst I was at work. I said this and they said they would check my details and send an email. They ignored that and continued with their call script not listening. They never sent the follow up email. They continued to call whilst I was at work because I guess they work 9-5 too. When I used text to call so I could answer during work times they ended the call. They also called on other numbers and withheld. My needs weren't heard, how they gonna sell me bespoke insurance if they can't respect my work schedule?

Tayler Davis was fabulous

Tayler Davis was fabulous, he made everything exceptionally clear and easy, we got the product that we required and the process was completed during a period of continuous asks from other organisations, due to moving house, he called back when he said he would, entrusting him to help us navigate the process, which he did excellently, customer service at its very best, he is a credit to your organisation!
