Ben is an absolute breath of fresh air! He has been our life insurance advisor for a few years now, and is brilliant every single time we’ve spoken to him. Ben takes time to understand our family situation, and to ensure that we get the best cover we can within our monthly budget. But there’s no scrimping on the cover, which is absolutely wonderful. He’s also really pleasant to speak to, very approachable and it feels like speaking to an old friend.

Antony Tierney was really helpful in explaining all the products and which would be best suited. Very professional and patient. Had the answers to any questions I had. Would highly recommend

Consistent and timely follows up even during a very lengthy and complex application process.

Small note on the communication. Different people followed up for the same application and sometimes I had to repeat multiple times the same thing

Your Representative Killian was most helpful explaining things , very patient and kept us upto speed re Telephone appointments , we had to cancel a couple of times , but we sealed the deal for Life insurance for my Wife & I , the only thing I think you might want to consider is a different payment method, when I pay my Car Insurance , I’m switched into an auto system where I enter my Bank details / sort code , it just gives you a piece of mind for security , I did some checks on your Company before completing our Insurancce , you can’t be too careful these days

I’ve recently taken out both Life Insurance and Critical Illness Cover through LifeSearch and genuinely couldn’t fault the service I received throughout the whole process.

A huge thank you to both Finnley and Jake, who were both excellent from start to finish. Jake initially helped me through the early stages, with Finnley already involved alongside him, before an unforeseen circumstance meant Finnley seamlessly picked everything up and continued providing exceptional support throughout.

The whole process involved a lot of technical questions, policy comparisons, profession and industry-specific underwriting discussions and plenty of me throwing spanners in the works as different options and scenarios were explored. At every stage, Finnley was patient, reassuring, knowledgeable and extremely thorough in helping me properly understand the structure of the cover rather than simply trying to “sell” a policy.

What really stood out was his willingness to continually reassess options as circumstances evolved, making sure the final setup genuinely suited my profession, future plans and risk profile rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

As someone working within aviation with slightly more niche insurance considerations, I honestly felt very well looked after throughout and never felt rushed or pushed into decisions.

Really appreciate all the help and would happily recommend both Jake and Finnley and LifeSearch to others.

Really helpful advisor to help me adjust my life insurance policies to suit my current and near future needs. It is good to review every few years (e.g. 4), because things change.
