Misled ,with inadequate cover

I was sold a policy with inadequate cover . Even after j was told I was covered repeatedly by there agent selling the policy . I am now taking legal action against LifeSearch who sold ne the policy and Holloway who failed to adhere to the terms and conditions.

They make the effort to find the best insurance for you; with you.

All the people I spoke to (initial broker, receptionist, telemarketer and specialist broker) were friendly, courteous, patient with my questions and knowledgeable. They made the extra effort to find me the right insurance provider and were honest about what they could and could not do/ offer. You have a person as your point of contact within Lifesearch which I really value as it makes the company personable and I am more likely to contact them. I highly recommend Lifesearch for ease and peace of mind!
