The furniture has degraded
So disappointed that all of our outdoor furniture has become so brittle that it has cracked and broken the weave. Both the table and the chairs plastic woven material has degraded really badly and breaks off

We still have a problem with replacing…
We still have a problem with replacing our faulty table; now we need to wait till December to receive a replacement for that. Pretty unpleasant experience

We are absoluteley satisfied. From the order in the shop to the delivery everything worked out just fine and consumer friendly. Our new outdoor table is as described and was quickly put together. So great service all in all.

confused - but excellent response
We ordered two chairs to go with the chairs and table we already had - quality and value for money saw to that. Sadly, someone changed product names in the mean time, so: confusion and thus wrong chairs.
One call to customer service is all it took: replacement ordered, return arranged, price difference pay back.
By now, the new ones are here and all is as expected.

Late with delivery almost a month form due date
Hello, Unfortunately this company is a joke! At first it was impossible to get a quote and specifications from them. We had to call CS support 3 times to get additional information. Nevertheless, we decided on this company because of the delivery time. When placing the order at the end of May, beginning of June, we had delivery options for June 25, which satisfied us. And here begins the circus... our furniture did not arrive on the 25th, we called CS and got information that tomorrow they would receive the pillows for our relaxation service. (30.07) Nevertheless, the first possible delivery date (we were given a choice: 10.07, 16.07 and 18.07) despite promises and the fact that the store itself is 3-5 km away, the store is not able to meet the agreement that we entered into on the day of purchase, it does not care at all! The store extends the waiting time for the product by almost a month. I do not recommend buying from this company, the treatment of the customer leaves much to be desired...
Updated: after study a comments from other peoples company constantly has issue with delivery on time. As you this in my case this company has constantly problem with keeping promise as it was in arrangement. In my case, instead offering fixing issue of my late delivery to improve consumer experience, they sending me to useless CS that not replying on emails.....

I didn’t right a review when I brought my garden patio set of furniture from Stanstead Park Garden Centre Hampshire during lock down 2020/2021 but as I left my glass table top out during the winter something the manufacturer tell you not to do as the backing perishes I am on there site looking for a replacement and after reading trust pilot reviewers I decided to add to the reviews.
So we have had my Life furniture for around 5 years and can confirm you will not be disappointed if left out in the rain you can tip the cushions on there side and water will drain out although we do bring in during winter we are still enjoying our furniture and it still looks brand new I would recommend this product to anyone looking for comfort in the garden enjoy.

Poor customer service
No details on delivery timelines when ordering on line. When phoning to find out was told product was actually out of stock and 2 month waiting period.
When product did arrive it was incomplete. Commitment to return later which did not happen. Had to follow up, additional delay of 3 weeks from delivery to get missing element. We had full service but based on split delivery and timing we had to do it ourselves.
