We researched machines before we purchased our Life MXL and found this one best for our needs. We have been very pleased with it. The company has been very responsive although sometimes it takes a while to get replacement filters.

I love my Life Ionizers M9 for 10 yrs. This is so much better than drinking water from plastic bottles. It easy to maintain and easy change filters. No issue or problem with this machine. Im encouraging you Try this product Life ionizers.

Wow I was on the website on a Sunday with a question about pre-filters and in the chat I asked a question it answered immediately and I left my phone number and Brad contacted me immediately and answered my questions and even sent me out a discount for my next purchase. Tech support was amazing at Life Ionizers. I sent them a picture of what the part that the o ring broke. They were able to fix me up with a new connector for my MXL-9 unit. Without that part I wasn’t able to use my system.

Excellent water filtration system! We bought our MXL 13 about six years ago. It provides us with a purified and hydrogen water for all these years without any problems. We choose life ionizer after researching the market for a few months. Being on the same quality level with Kangen water Life ionizer offers their systems for much better prices.

By far the best water filtration systems company in the world. It makes your water taste so much pure than drinking tap water, and is way better than Zephyrhills too.

Definitely a hefty investment, but 100% worth it. You will thank yourself later.

THEY'VE EVEN GONE AS FAR NOW TO UPDATE THEIR SITE, ALL THEIR PRODUCTS NOW USE THE WORD HYDROGEN, ITS A LIE DO NOT FALL FOR IT. ITS MARKETING BECAUSE THEY KNOW PPL ARE LEARNING THAT IT'S NOT THE ALKALINITY HELPING PPL BUT THE HYDROGEN MOLECULES THAT'S DOING THE JOB. SO THEY NOW ITS A "FAD".

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO TEST OUT SOME TRUE HYDROGEN MACHINES AND BEGIN TO SELL THEM, HE TOLD ME HE WOULD EXCHANGE MY MACHINE FOR THAT ONE BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED! HE'S A FLAT OUR LIAR. AND WILL DUCK YOU FOR A YEAR. WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO REACH HIM HE USES THE SAME OLD LIE "IM AT DISNEYLAND WITH MY FAMILY" HE TRULY IS SCUM! TAKES YOUR HARD EARN MONEY FOR A MACHINE THAT IS WORTHLESS.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR A SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY FOR A REAL DEAL JAPANESE KANGEN LEVEL UK MACHINE. IT'S ALSO A ALKALINE MACHINE BUT IT'S THE ONLY ONE THAT TRULY DOES WHAT IT SAYS. YOU'LL DRINK THAT WATER CONSISTENTLY FOR A WEEK AND WONT NEED NEARLY AS MUCH BECAUSE YOU'LL BE SO HYDRATED.

THIS LIFE IONIZER MACHINE HAS YET, YET TO HYDRATE ME. IT'S THE ONLY WATER I HAVE DRANK FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND TRULY NO BENEFITS. IT IS LIKE DRINKING TAP WATER.

I love my life ionizer.I've had it for 5 years and the filtration is very affordable and always great customer service. I have the countertop but i'm most likely going to buy one for underneath sink as well. I literally lost weight drinking the alkaline water, as advertised about twelve pounds in two and a half months.

Very understanding company. Their ionizer are top of the line quality and the water has never been more silky smooth. I’ve been dealing with them for four years, plus and have no regrets.
