The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. I wanted to buy " The Art of Speaking: Connect Powerfully and Persuade Effectively" It was not a good course. I can barely understand the video. They promise you things via email and say they have a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied, but the product is low quality. They don't want to give you a refund. Instead, they try to sell you more things. Then they contradict themselves in the email. I usually buy a lot online, and this is the first time I've seen a company deceive consumers like this. They don't want to give me my money back; they just want to sell me more things. It's awful to lose the money. They tell me that their processing partner, STRIPE, can't process the refund. I will never buy from them again!
This is their last email:
