Signing to receive supplements

I do not like the fact that I have to sign for some supplements. I am not home when the mail arrives and consequently I have not received my last order. I am 80 years old and the only person living at this address. Why is this signing necessary? Never had to do this in the past.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service – No Resolution Provided

I placed an order with Life Extension and was charged for products that I never received. After noticing the issue, I contacted their customer support via email. On October 8th at 1:00 PM, I received a reply stating that my case (number 11532923) was being handled with the utmost attention.

However, as of today — several days later — I have not received any further communication, update, or resolution. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and the apparent disregard for customer concerns.

I trusted Life Extension for their reputation in wellness and customer care, but this experience has left me frustrated and disheartened. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their support process, especially when it comes to resolving payment and delivery issues.

Life Extension has been just super for the years we have been ordering your supplements. The service is phenomenal as is the well-being dept. Easy to use website. Appreciate the mailings to the house with sales, and your medical book packed with helpful information. Ordering online is very easy. Delivery is timely. Life Extension has beneficial supplements, and gets a perfect score from me!!!
