This is a scam!! Stay away from this company please!! They sent me a cream to try for free, if I didn’t want to be charged, I needed to return it in certain period of time.
I returned it on time and they not just charge me the value of the cream that was $94 dólares, they took from my account 227 USD !!! I have sent emails and no one gets back to me.
This is the first time that money get taken from my account without authorisation.
Please stay away!!!!!!

I had a reaction to their treatment I ordered, I contacted customer service and their response was rude !
Very aggressive attitude, the 60days return policy was not applied to my case, they are threatening to not refund if I don't send it back before 2/28 ?? If you're in a rush, just send me a prepaid return label . Very insulting experience. Products overpriced and can be found somewhere else much cheaper as other reviews said.

I started using life cell on December 11,2024, after a short time, my face became dry, red, itchy, nowhere in the information did it mention any of the above, after googling, I found out , this could happen and to use moisturizer, I did, but it got worse, now I have large red bumps , especially around my face and neck!! Long story short, it’s over a month I am treating my face that is still irritated, itchy, red bumps and I see no end!! I’ve called, emailed the company with no response, the customer service does not supply service!! I warn, do not use this product,,

Total scam. Doesn't do anything and they put me on a subscription without me know so I ended up paying like 300 bucks for this complete useless junk. Used to it for a month and I swear I look worse than when I started. Do not buy this!!!

It doesn’t work. Then they put you on automatic monthly delivery. Do yourself a favour and don’t get sucked in.

I’ve been using Lifecell for many years and find it simple to use especially traveling. It lasts a long time and I have compliments all the time that I don’t look 68!

I ordered it once and somehow escaped the auto ship problem. I like the cream and feel it does a good job with my 76 yr old face. On a whim, I googled it and found it on Walmart for less than $20 with free shipping.

SCAM ALERT. SCAM ALERT. Do not fall for this. In the fine print of 'order terms' you agree to be entered into the monthly subscription at full price. When you figure this out, there is nowhere on their website to cancel, you have to call or email them. Complete B.S. Assholes at Lifecell should be ashamed of themselves. BTW, after using the product I do NOT look 25% younger. Complete nonsense. Don't waste your money.

Same issue as some others. Scammed into a subscription. Then to return they say don't open package. Unfortunately it's sent by a 3rd party and you have no clue until after it's opened.
Now they want me to send it back at my expense.
On top of that, the product doesn't work at all.

Ordered what I thought was a one time purchase when I received another shipment. I hadn’t even tried the product yet. I immediately notified the company- they stated I ordered a subscription- I never would have done that. I tried the product that day to see if I liked it and my face immediately got red with welts and terrible itching. After washing my face several times, still itching the next day. I threw $ right out the window!

I purchased the brown spot remover and the teeth whitening program.......what crap! Paying that huge amount for the ridiculous teeny-tiny size of both products wouldn't make a dent in removing brown spots or whitening teeth. The product is a scam!!!

I bought Lifecell skin cream in their official and I just love it! The only thing is that I live in Spain and the customs made me pay 57€ taxes and I had to fill a lot of forms to receive it. But even so I shall order ir again!

I have tried Lifecell and honestly I have seen the difference on the wrinkle on my forehead, but the only thing I can do without is that it is expensive. I see a bunch of people disappointed with the results, but we have to honest with ourselves people, you have to be consistent with its use. Also you have to be very careful with those sites that claim to sell you Lifecell when it is obviously a scam and it is not the real Lifecell. You can tell if you look at the origin of the product, make sure it’s not coming from China, you have to read that it comes from South Beach otherwise it’s fake. Other than that, yes it does work due to the retinol in the product.

Be very careful when ordering from this “company” is it Life Cell or South Beech? Buyer beware if you purchase at a discounted price they will automatically enroll you in a subscription. Then to get your money back takes an act of God, they have more excuses oh PayPal has a claim open NO THEY DO NOT, give us a day or two it’s been 2 days already etc etc etc. The cream isn’t worth it anyway does nothing just some more BS to get people to buy it. DONT DO IT.
Scam alert!! By purchasing any promotional products from LifeCell Skin, you apparently agree to sign up for a subscription. You don't know that until they charge your credit card again and again even though you have not made new purchases. They don't send ANY notifications that a new order was placed, processed, or shipped. Nothing. You simply see a new charge on your CC. The product they are selling doesn't work as advertised either. If it worked, people would be buying it without being tricked into it. It is disheartening to see companies like this freely advertising and taking advantage of people who decide to give their very pricey products a chance.
Quick response to a shipping concern. I’m enjoying the product, but I can’t provide long-term results, as I have only been using the cream for about a month. It feels great on my skin.
