dont order from their print shop!
Ordered a photo album of lifecake photos for a Christmas present for family. Ordered on 24th November. Prints are sent untracked from the US. A month later no sign of album, got told to check with post office and neighbours. Had to go out and buy another Christmas present. Offered a refund but it’s no compensation for the absolute faff it caused and time I spent putting the album together. Don’t bother ordering from them until they send prints recorded postage or from UK at the very least

Perfect for sharing memories
We have used Lifecake for over two years with no problem, it's great to keep all family and friends up to date with what's happening in our world. Just upgraded to VIP so we can keep sharing, love it.
Worst decision ever
I have made numerous requests to unsubscribe from email notifications and my inbox continues to be flooded. Extremely aggravating.

Constantly being asked to add child's name. Why!!!
Every few days I am being asked to add child's name and date of birth although I have viewed pictures on numerous occasions.

My friend uses this app to share photos of her baby son. My experience with it is extremely poor. It worked oaky for a couple of weeks, but I find the fact that you can only log on from one dedicated device not user-friendly. After the initial period I could not log on any longer. Attempts to do so take me to a page where I should add a child, which I do not want, I simply want to view my friends photos. Several attempts of my friend to send me a renewed invitation led to no results. Extremely frustrating experience.

It all started with a picture once or twice a week and has devolved into a deluge of pictures all at once. Today we are at 8 and counting. That is just TOO MUCH. My nephew says he has nothing to say about the number of shots sent or when they are sent. He had hoped it would be a couple of shots a week...indeed they often come in as "This Week's" shot and that is followed by another of the same designation and then another and on and on it goes. I love my nephew and enjoy seeing shots of his family but really wish this company were a bit more responsible.

This website is just the WORST!!!
This website is just the WORST!!!! STUPID!! STUPID!! STUPID!! I was invited by my goddaughter so I could see pictures of her babies. Everytime I try to log in it tries to send me a new magic link. If I actually get through to the website I am then stuck on an Add a Child page, with NO WAY of navigating to another page or to logout. After receiving the invitation, I created my account and could see the pictures. Since then whenever I try to login I am either prompted to create a new account, or after logging in it goes directly to the 'Add a Child' page. Judging by the posts on Lifecake's website many are having the same problem. Lifecake is really stupid not to be paying attention and fixing the problem. We live in a world where our loved ones are continents apart -- this was a good idea to allow us to watch our loved ones children grow and change since we cannot be there in person, but this website is a very poor way to accomplish this goal.

Excellent photo sharing
Love this , easy to use, easy to order the prints and good quality. Lovely way to share family photos in a way you can trust who can see them. Xx
Great App for new parents/ grandparents
I have been using this app since the birth of my son. This is an easy to use app which is also easy on the eyes. You have the ability to add children as your family grows and allows loved ones near and far to enjoy the moments they aren't there for. Lifecake also offers the option to buy products which you can have your pictures printed on. This is an easy process which I would recommend. I love this app and am looking forward to have a nostalgia moment looking back in my children's life.
Amazing app and great prints
Have loved the app since my boy was born, my wife and I use it all the time.
Recently used the app to order some magnets and they're brilliant. We've given a few to the grandparents but the rest are on our fridge! We ordered them over the Christmas period and the customer service was excellent too.
big fan
Have been using Lifecake for about four years now since my son was born. It's been so good for sharing photos of him with far flung family and friends that I've persuaded lots of them to use it for their children too! It's simple and very well designed so there are rarely problems but I like that you always get a personal response if you contact them with a question or suggestion (at least, I always have!)
I have been a bit suspicious of the print offering until this Christmas when I was let down by the poor quality prints of another online photo print service. I ordered some square prints from Lifecake and they arrived within 2 days, really excellent quality and I was proud to send them to relatives with thank you cards. They aren't cheap however but very good quality (I used a 3 for 2 deal to reduce the cost so it was more reasonable).
Great app
Easy to use and a great tool to share pictures of my baby with chosen family and friends. Privacy is important to us! Pictures can be printed easily and into cool things like magnets. An app I use every single day!
Poster
Really impressed with Lifecake and recently ordered my first poster. Arrived promptly. Fantastic quality and will def. be ordering more products.
Photo albums
I have ordered many photo albums from lifecake and the quality is fantastic. I have provided these albums as presents for my daughters grandparents and they were all over the moon with them and I think it was probably the best Christmas present they got.
Thanks for enabling me to keep my daughters memory for ages to come and making it so easy and uncomplicated.
Cheers
Piece of cake...
We absolutely love Lifecake and wouldn't be without it. When our daughter was born we wanted somewhere to privately share all our photo's, video's and stories with friends and family without having to post them to Facebook and other open social media sites. The Lifecake app is so easy to use and all our treasured moments are there in one place. You can also print off fab photo books for the older generation who are not online.
Amazing
We bought a poster of some of our favourite Lifecake snapshots and got an A3 frame to display them. They are honestly amazing and look so much more that's the little we paid for a whole thing. We want another one but we are running out of wall space! These are little snippets memories we can keep reliving and it's amazing!
excellent HD photo book, app generally very good
We have been using Lifecake to share the pictures of our children since they were born 3 years ago.
We generally think it's brilliant and very easy to use and would recommend it to anyone looking to have somewhere to store and share all their photos of their children in a timeline format with friends and family.
The app sometimes cuts out mid-way through watching a movie but all in all it is very good and the best on the market that I have seen.
The HD book we recently ordered was excellent and the "flat fold" pages that it came with are brilliant. We will certainly be purchasing one again soon!
A2 size Collage with 54 photos
I was very happy with my collage it was good quality great price came Quick I'm sore I'm going to get many more of them
