They are just thieves

They are just thieves. This is what happened, i cancelled my order 24h or less actually after it was placed. The order is not even treated in their system, let alone shipped (it will be shipped 2 or 3 days later).
We cannot cancel your order due to logistics, so during 3 days, they can't pick up their phone and call their logistics company, in 2025 🤦🏻‍♂️

The best of it all, it costs 15€ out of my pocket to ship the item back.

Liewood just does not give a shit about their customers. This was my last order there.
