The guided me through the whole process, and went beyond what I considered there obligation too make sure that everything from start to finish was done in the way any poor motorist would be forever thankful for. The Keith branch of L&I Eaton were excellent. They kept in touch, updated when necessary, were efficient, and returned my repaired car in wonderful condition. I will highly recommend the Keith branch who give a fabulous service.

Mel, Chloe and Caroline and Greame the manger were all great in helping me get my car repaired after someone reversed into me, car was only there a few days and the repairs were done to a very high standard, would recommend to anyone and definitely use them again

The company contacted me the day after the collision 6th May and said that a staff member would call and video the damage on the 7th May which was done to a high standard. I received many phone calls updating what parts needed to be ordered then finally a call telling me that my car could be collected 21st May and a courtesy car left for me. I said i would deliver the car to their premises which i duly did. Melisa was excellent with all the paperwork to be explained and signed by me then she escorted me out to the lovely automatic modern Seat. The following week i received a call from Melisa telling me that my car would be ready to collect on Friday 29th May. When i arrived at the premises i could see my car and it was gleaming. I signed all the paperwork, courtesy car checked and then on my way home a very satisfied customer. My car was repaired to a very high standard. Would highly recommend L&I Eaton Keith Branch to undertake repairs.

Let's face it, it is always a stressful time having your car in any kind of garage. Sometimes it remains stressful but other times not and you get to deal with people that are doing their best to make it as good as it can be. My vehicle went into the Keith Branch of L & I Eaton on Monday the 4th of May and from when I first spoke to Chloe and Melissa before this I felt assured that it would be in good hands. The ladies have a good manner over the phone and are efficient and polite in everything they do and actually sound like they care about the customer and I admit to being very impressed. The car was collected by John and again confidence was built. They have a process and go through everything with you, yes they chat which is good and the video sent to you is a nice touch. I received an agreed phone call from Andy, the vehicle inspector, who described the work required. A small discrepancy was discussed, not of L & I Eaton's or my fault which could have meant a delay or possibly a second visit. That was dealt with and the car was returned to me on Friday the 8th of May.
I cannot thank them enough for making the whole experience as good as it was. The contact via Chloe and Melissa built confidence and I knew I was being dealt with like I mattered and importantly listened to. The only thing that I would say is just a little grating by the end, and this is obviously what the ladies have been instructed to do every time they speak with you and that is ask security questions. Surely once this has been done once GDP criteria is covered, please stop making them and the customer go through it every time, just a suggestion. The car came back repaired and clean complete with footwell and seat coverings. If ever I was in need of their services again I would not hesitate to go to them or inform my insurer that that is where I want my vehicle to be repaired. Great customer service, great repair service, very professional and really very nice people to deal with. I would like to thank all of those that worked on my car especially those mentioned.

From the moment they called me to arrange pictures and pick up to delivering my car back spotless I could not fault the service. They kepted me updated the whole process. Staff very friendly. Thankyou

Everyone at L&I Eaton have been really nice keeping me updated about my car’s repairs and worked fast on my car and delivered my car safely back to me car looks amazing and looks brand new again.

Unfortunately someone ran into the side of my car and after talking to Motability Direct Line insurance I was told that L & I Eaton Nairn branch would be repairing my car. I got a car from Enterprise dropped off at my house. I received a call from L & I Eaton to arrange the pick up of my car. This happened very quickly. I was informed all about how my repair would go. There was an app so I could keep track on the progress of the repair. When it was completed I received a call to arrange for my car to be delivered back to me. It was delivered exactly the day and time I was told. I also received a video of the car being picked up and the drop off. Very satisfied with the excellent service I received. Thank you all at L & I Eaton, Nairn Branch.

Easy and So helpful when in contact with them. Kept you informed regularly. Told me when car had arrived at their depot. Excellent repair carried out.
