absolutely scandalous
I placed an order via a Facebook pop-up advertised by Lidl, but it turns out the package was shipped from China via an unknown sender. More than 30 days later, I have still received nothing — no delivery note, no tracking update, and no clarity about the delivery company.
I contacted Lidl Finland multiple times via email but received no response whatsoever.
Luckily, I paid by credit card and have now filed for a chargeback.
This is unacceptable. Deliberately ignoring customers is disgraceful. Avoid this at all costs!
