Transport delays can occasionally happen due to carrier constraints, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Regarding DOT 5024, this appears to be a recent production date, and DOT information is generally only specified on the site for tyres over 36 months old.

If you have already opened a ticket, we will ask for your case to be prioritized internally. If not, please contact our after-sales service via your customer account so your delivery issue can be checked in detail.
