If the manufacturing year shown or requested did not match what you received, please open a ticket with our after-sales service via your customer account so the team can verify the product listing and the DOT of the tires delivered.
For tires under 36 months, the DOT is generally not specified on the site. If a DOT over 36 months or a DEMO tire is concerned, this should be indicated on the product page. Our team will check your case and provide the most appropriate follow-up.

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. A DOT of 2 years and 7 months is below the 36-month threshold from which the age is indicated on our site. When tires are properly stored, this age does not generally affect their quality or performance.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. A tyre that is a little over 1 year old is generally still considered recent, and tyre performance is not affected when storage conditions are appropriate. We only indicate the DOT on the site when it is over 36 months.
