Instead of 5 TB, I received 1 TB. After several emails, there is no response back and no solution. From other reviews, I find out that after 1 year the account will be blocked by Microsoft notifying it as an illegal account.

i purchage office 365 ,699 only i got 1TB one drive space and all office apps

Completely a fraud company.. License works but account restricted and files will be removed in Jam 2023 can you review and refund my money?

Onedrive is not working, files cannot be uploaded. Microsoft says"It will be deactivated after 2 months". the site is in read only mode. There no storage of 5tb in Onedrive. Everything appears to false and fraudulent. Phone contact is not available for clearing any doubt or problem

could not believe at first, but its true and online updates for lifetime......
So don't think just go for it

The license for Office 365, though called lifetime, lasts for some months; thereafter it doesn't work. you lose all your files along with it. Then you have to get a new license.
No proper response to your complaint.
This problem still remains unresolved. I think it is a bogus entity!

This is the first time I have purchased the 365 online.. it's working well... When I have installed the app... I have not seen the Ms acess APP.. remaining all installed well. Why ms access is not available.. pls help..

It's all good. I hope they will not stop supporting with the microsoft account to others. Please don't stop providing the one drive services mainly.

immediately account deactivated by MS with message
Account Deactivation: We've determined that this Office 365 account is unauthorized. The account will be closed on Oct 09 2022, 12: 23:32 UTC and you'll lose access to your files on this date.

reported, but issue not resolved

All good till date. No issues with the purchase.

I could load only in one laptop. Second time, office.com messages that either the user id or the password is incorrect. Please advise

I had purchased office 365 and till date i did not recive my login ID and password for same. They say it's out of stock. If a product is out of stock then refund my money.
