Great selection of books, delivery could be improved.
The packaging should be improved. You could first wrap the book separately into a paper before placing them in corrugated board. The dust jacket's gets dents while in delivery and the delivery always seem to take around 4 to 6 weeks.

Okay books slightly damaged
Books arrived slightly damaged and the other book had a different cover than in the picture. Apparently the picture of the book was an old one and had not been changed, I’m annoyed but whatever. Other than the different cover i think it was okay service.

I am never ordering from them again
I am never ordering from them again. "Available in 5-8 days" it said. I make the order. The confirmation email says the book will sent between 12 and 18 (subject to change - like what? Next year?). It has now been 31 days since I ordered and it has still not been sent.
Edit: Now they say "our customer service has been in contact with you", as if they called me to inform me of the delay or something. Their CS was indeed in contact with me because I called them twice. The books arrived 8 days after the date I was given over the phone. The only offer for their mess was a refund. "The issue was solved to my satisfaction" - I waited 6 weeks for the books.

it took way too long for my order to be shipped
It took over one month for my order to be dispatched… If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn’t have ordered through this website. However, when the books did finally arrive, they were in good condition.
