Unauthorized Account Creation and False Public Statements
LiberSave.com GmbH created an account in my name without my consent and processed SEPA payments to unlicensed gambling operators (Ybets.net and Immerion2.com).
I have repeatedly contacted the company since early September 2025, including multiple formal GDPR requests and a Final Notice, but they never replied to any of my messages.
Instead, LiberSave publicly denied all responsibility on the CasinoGuru forum, claiming that:
•no payments were made through their system,
•unauthorized account creation is “technically impossible,”
•and they do not cooperate with gambling websites.
These public statements are false and misleading — I have screenshots and transaction records from their own LiberSave account page proving the transactions took place.
This matter has already been reported to the German Data Protection Authority and BaFin for investigation under GDPR and PSD2 regulations.
I strongly advise others to be cautious — the company’s public communication and denial of verifiable facts raise serious transparency and compliance concerns.
