While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. FRAUD WARNING: Funds Withheld, No Licence, Criminal Network Behind This Company

Do not do business with Libernetix under any circumstances.

We entered into an agreement with Libernetix (libernetix.com) as a payment processing provider. They presented themselves as a professional, regulated fintech company. After an initial period of normal service, they began withholding our funds without any contractual or legal justification. All communication then ceased completely. Emails ignored. No response to any contact attempts.

Since then we have investigated this company thoroughly. Here is what we found:

— Libernetix OÜ holds NO valid payment institution licence in Estonia, Latvia, Cyprus, or anywhere in the EU. They are entirely unregulated.
— They have been independently rated RED (non-compliant / high risk) by CyberFinance ratings platform RateEx42.
— The co-founders Alexander Savy and Konstantin Margolis also operate Banx21, a connected unregulated fintech brand with no legal entity or licence.
— Transactions made to Libernetix appear on victim bank statements under disguised descriptors including "UG*solarbee", "Amesomic", "SpaceEdge", and "Unicorn Group AG" — clear evidence of transaction miscoding and payment laundering through a network of shell storefronts.
— The acquiring bank processing their transactions is Unicorn Group AG (Lugano, Switzerland), whose own published prohibited industries policy explicitly lists Money Transmission as banned — yet Libernetix is a money transmission business.
— Libernetix's registered address in Tallinn (postcode 10313) clusters with multiple other entities in this fraud network registered in the same postcode.

We have filed formal complaints with Estonian Police, Estonian Finantsinspektsioon, Latvian FKTK, FINMA Switzerland, UK FCA, Europol, and directly with Visa and Mastercard. A full public warning with all evidence is available at libernetixscam.com.

If you have had a similar experience or see any of the above transaction descriptors on your bank statement, please report immediately and visit libernetixscam.com to connect with other victims.

Update 13.4.26:

Libernetix replied a generic answer without actually addressing any allegations, this is not a "dissatisfied client" case this is a pattern of behaviour as we got all evidences from at least 6 Libernetix "clients" that experienced the same pattern with Libernetix and yes all is documented and shared with authorities.
Legal actions are taken right now, but we felt the need to warn others to avoid this behaviour from Libernetix.

Reply from Libernetix

Libernetix confirms that the decision to terminate the agreement was made by our company on the basis of documented evidence of multiple violations and in full accordance with the applicable contractual mechanisms.

These measures were justified, lawful, and consistent with our obligations to uphold internal standards, contractual discipline, and protect the legitimate interests of the business.

We maintain that commercial disputes must be resolved strictly through professional and legal channels. However, instead of pursuing a constructive resolution of the matter, a dissatisfied client made threats against individuals involved in professional interaction with our company and engaged in other unacceptable attempts to exert pressure and intimidation. We regard such actions as absolutely unacceptable.

Libernetix considers any threats, pressure, intimidation, harassment, personal attacks, or attempts to cause reputational harm to employees, contractors, partners, and any other persons interacting with the company to be absolutely unacceptable.

Should such actions continue, or should any false, manipulative, misleading, or defamatory information concerning Libernetix, its employees, or its partners be disseminated in the public domain, the company reserves the right to take immediate legal action, including the protection of its business reputation and the use of any other remedies available under applicable law.

We do not intend to engage in public speculation and believe that the factual and legal circumstances of this matter must be assessed through proper procedures, rather than through pressure in the digital space.

Libernetix continues to operate as usual and remains fully committed to fulfilling its obligations to clients and partners.
