Been waiting a month for my product strongly don’t buy from here
Ordered a bracket from here, been over a month, still hasn't come. Do not order from this place!
dispite all the negative feedback i would say they are one of the better ones on the market, highly recommend.
Truth be told i only went to them because my regular was closed but i might now go to them full time
Just many of the reviews
Scandalous site just a big scam
Should be closed down
Taking peoples money and disappearing
Stay well away from this crap !!!
Do not buy from here.
Big scam, should’ve read the reviews before purchasing. No wonder their tiktok has comments disabled. They will take your money, the vendor will come up on your bank statement as ‘donation’ with no way of getting your money back. They don’t have any stores or headquarters and refuse to email back. The whole thing is a scam. Do not buy.
Rubbish rip off don’t waste your money with this crap
Wish i had read the reviews before ordering. A momth ago i ordered a watch. Still saying the order details been received but not sent out.
I have to assume this is a fraudulent business. They took my money promised me a product but after 1 month have not delivered, and do not seem interested in giving me a refund even after many complaints.
Scam. No stores, no shipping, just steal your money. Avoid at all costs.
Typical scam. This works by you placing an order on their site, and paying a ridiculous amount of money, and them then placing an order on AliExpress for the seller on that platform to ship the product direct to you. You pay £2,000, they pay £2.
If you're not aware, this is known as dropshipping. There isn't anything inherently wrong with this, but the markup in Liber Watches case is astronomical and is deliberately there to deceive people into thinking they are buying a luxury watch, when in reality you will be delivered something worthless and of poor quality.
They claim the watches that they sell are worth well into the thousands, but for example the "Gadyson Chronograph" they stock for £1,500 is actually £5.50 on AliExpress. Their "Van Gogh The Starry Night" watch which they advertise for £2,000, run ads to say they are discounting to £20.00, is actually £2.30 on AliExpress.
Do not buy, you will either not receive your watch at all, or will wait 3 weeks to a month to receive a dropshipped chinese watch they paid next to nothing for, and isn't worth the materials it's made with.
They also say they have a store on Oxford Street in London, as well as 6 other stores. There are no such establishments.
There have been plenty of similar dropshipping scam watch websites that prey on people's lack of knowledge about watches beyond the design, and they often succeed.
If you genuinely want a watch you see on their website, buy it from AliExpress for less than £10.00, not that it will be in any way shape or form worth it. As for the luxury watches such as Omega, Rolex and Tag Heuer watches they advertise, I'd think the chance of actually receiving one is nil.
I ordered a watch from this place over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received I'm order! I payed the extra postage for 3-4days delivery. They gave a tracking number for herms and there still saying there waiting for it. That's bin a week. Scam scam stay well clear of this company.
