Responsive and always a pleasure

I’ve purchased Arak several times, and the experience has always been excellent. The orders were shipped to Italy quickly, and communication was outstanding — all my emails were answered promptly, and I was guided throughout the entire process to make sure the package arrived safely. Truly great service!

Good products arrived in due time…

Good products arrived in due time despite the turmoil caused by war fare in Lebanon.
I have nevertheless not found the one Lebanon wine yet from A Bekaa winery which was my first Lebanese wine I drank when being invited by colleagues to a Lebanese restaurant at Dublin, Ireland during a conference in 1993.
It smelled like peaches and had a fine acidity with a long mouthful fresh smell.
I was surprised then about the quality of Lebanese wines, being used to Sauvignon, Chardonnay and German wines as well as Austrian.
Maybe you have an idea which wine I was served in Dublin?!

Sensual

Frankly, the wines are tasty, balanced, aromatic. Great colors, nothing you would gulp but a beverage to enjoy. It is a sensual experience.
