Wonderful quality of the sunglasses and the box/case/lens wipe. The customer service I received was fantastic. Would buy again, love that international shipping is an option. If you need to return an item and live outside of a drop off zone, the courier emails a label for you to print and collects it from your door.

The online ordering process was…
The online ordering process was straight forward. When there was an issue - a slight delay in dispatch of the order - the after sales services stepped in immediately. This was impressive. My one disappointment was the delivery to UK by UPS. The service is a little haphazard and outside the control of LGR. Perhaps LGR should consider using a courier service that matches its high quality product. Had it not been for this glitch, I would have no hesitation in giving LGR a 5 star rating.

I contacted LGR about an issue I was…
I contacted LGR about an issue I was having with my glasses even though they were out of warranty. I suggested I send the glasses back for review by your repair department and advise if it was workmanship or abuse. Upon inspection, they agreed to make the repair in warranty. My contact through this experience was Fabiana and she was fabulous. Very responsive and professional.

I have bought black reunion explorer…
I have bought black reunion explorer from Florance shop on 22 October. The salesperson was great and helpful.
That day was cloudy, and there was not sun when I tried the sunglasses. Next day when I tried them, I experienced great discomfort because of the very strong reflection , inside of the lenses, on both sides. Because of the flat lenses.
Unfortunately, I cannot return the sunglasses because it was physically bought from the store.

Magnificent design, and craftsmanship.
Just love the sunglasses — the Reunion Explorer in “CHIARO”. It’s now on my top tier of favorite sunglasses. The protective case it came in, on the other hand, was just hideous, and didn’t reflect the high caliber craftsmanship of the sunglasses at all. The long wait, first from not being in stock, the UPS strike in Italy just in time of placing my order, and the exorbitant tax imposed by Customs (which LGR really ought to control as ALL other upscale goods websites do). This was the first time I was taxed so much in all my online orders internationally. Usually, the seller manages to wave the Custom Duties to nil. Merchandise is stellar though, and the 14-day return policy is just a golden opportunity if the sunglasses do not suit you.
