Buy from them again

Excellent service. Very professional and kind customer approach. Willing to provide help and knowledge. Very quick shipment, but a bit expensive for light weighted boxes, like mine.

Great service!

Excellent service, brilliant team, efficient work! At first I was reluctant (to say the least) to buy online again after being scammed by a similar company based in Belgium… but my printer was down and couldn’t find spares in decent lead times elsewhere. So I grabbed my phone and called these guys. And I’m not disappointed by my decision. Just to give you a short picture:
 
Pros:
• lead times: product was not on stock but they manage to get the part in 2 days while my local dealer expected lead time was 6 weeks!!!
• service: my tech was on holiday (lucky me again!) but they guided me to install it
• transparency: what’s on stock is stated in stock, what’s not on stock is stated on backorder. No bad surprise.  
 
Cons:
• Not all available products are in their online catalog but just call them, there’s a good chance they can get what you need. The filter I was looking for was not online…
• Even if most are, not all products are price competitive. But give a call, sometimes it pays ;)
 
In a nutshell, I strongly recommend and use again.
