I spoke with several people in trying to get this issue resolved—mainly because I kept getting disconnected—but Dharani went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He reached out personally, recognizing how important and time-sensitive the situation was for me, and spent hours on the phone patiently walking me through it.
I know I’m not the easiest person to assist when it comes to these tools, since I’m still learning, but Dharani never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. He took his time, explained things clearly, and stayed proactive the entire way. He's incredibly sharp and thoughtful, especially when it comes to scripting support. I’m truly impressed by his professionalism and grateful for his help.
