The leadership in this company namely Skylar Worthington make for a miserable experience for customers. This company is rigid and does not address customer needs. This comes from the top down.
Our account experienced significant growing pains, and we cycled through several client managers without meaningful improvement. Once Nimisha took over, the service greatly improved. Overall performance improved substantially. Her oversight has made a clear difference in the quality of service we receive.
