Our current issues and questions were resolved, and Akanksha did a good job of reassuring me that with continued feedback and adjustments/customizations, the service can meet our needs. Our company is new to using a call answering service as our primary receptionist, so it's hard to know what to ask or customize if we don't know what we don't know. We feel better now in knowing that if an issue arises, there's likely a solution. The only solution I was hoping for and didn't get was the option to transfer callers into our voicemail system if they prefer to leave a message themselves. Hopefully the company brings back a way to do this.
